Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prices and your 7-day free trial

Safety App UK Premium costs £2.99 a month or £29.99 a year (2 months free). The 7-day free trial is for accounts that have not used a free trial before. You need a payment method to start it, and we remind you 2 days before it ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues automatically at the plan you chose: £2.99 a month, or £29.99 a year. The yearly plan renews every year until you cancel.

How billing works

All payments are processed by Google Play, not directly by GGSHOP LIMITED. This means your subscription, its renewal date, and your payment details are managed entirely through your Google Play account — we never see or store your card details.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for:

• Google Play: open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Safety App UK › Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app, or deleting your account, does not cancel your subscription — you need to cancel it in Google Play as above.

Refunds

Because payment is processed by Google Play, refunds for a charge already taken are handled only through Google Play, under Google’s own refund policy, not ours:

• Google: Google Play › Menu › Order history, next to the relevant charge.

Yearly plan: if you stop the renewal of the yearly plan, we do not refund the current year. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, or a feature you paid for genuinely didn’t work, contact us as well — we’re happy to help you make the case to the store, even though we can’t issue the refund ourselves.

Group and partner licences

Universities, employers and local authorities using a group licence should refer to their own agreement with us for cancellation and refund terms, or contact ggshop@safety-app.uk.
